We use this information to send you emails from our web-based email marketing software for information and marketing purposes.

If you provide your Town and County then your information will be held in a segmented part of the database within our web-based email marketing software and used to make these emails location relevant.

There will always be an option for you to withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from the mailing list each time you receive an automated email. This can also be done at any time via the contact details above.

Manual Contact Form

When you complete our Manual Contact Form we ask for:

• Email Address
• Your Town (optional)

What do we do with your information?
 

Once inputted onto our web-based email marketing software, Mailchimp, Manual Contact Forms are kept for 28 days before destroyed. This time period allows any inputting errors to be detected and rectified. Prior to being inputted on to our web-based email marketing software physical ‘paper' records are stored in a secure location.
